Liberty Bell Culture Coordinator
PSFA is hiring a Liberty Bell Junior/Senior High School Culture Coordinator for the 2025-26 school year. This key role will kick-start an initiative that combines restorative practices and proven mental health strategies to meet the needs of Methow Valley students. This is a halftime position from late August 2025 through June 2026 with specific hours to be determined in collaboration with Liberty Bell administration.

Salary for this position is set at $42,000 and is funded entirely by the Community Foundation of North Central Washington Gamechanger grant.

The Coordinator would:
- Implement school-wide restorative practices initiative focused on respect, accountability and empathy
- Co-lead Sources of Strength suicide prevention program at Liberty Bell Junior High School
- Co-teach a high school and junior high school student leader advisory
- Revive popular mentorship programs like “lunch buddies,” connecting high school and elementary students
- Lead ongoing professional development for staff, as well as mentorship in restorative practices
- Offer restorative practices training to parents and community
- Track metrics and impact of restorative practices
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience with restorative practices, especially in a school setting
- Excellent relationship building skills with teens and families
- Understanding of school systems
- Mentorship experience with both adults and teen
- Strong relationships in the Methow Valley community
- Excellent communication skills, including leading seminars
